Return & Exchanges Policy

 

At  Aria spa, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client. To maintain transparency and fairness, please carefully review our Return & Exchanges Policy below:

 

Services & Deposits

  • No Refunds: Once a service has been performed, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • Appointment Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 48 hours in advance. If you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and become non-refundable.


Coupons & Service Tickets

  • No Expiration: Coupons and service tickets issued by our spa never expire.
  • No Cash Redemption: These coupons and tickets cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, but they retain their full promotional value for spa services.
  • Non-combinable: Coupons and tickets cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  •  


Customer Satisfaction

  • Service Completion: All sales are final upon completion of your service.
  • Immediate Feedback: If you experience dissatisfaction, please inform us within the first 10 minutes of your service so we may promptly address your concerns.

Appointment & Spa Service Policy

  • All customers with a spa reservation must check in 15-20 minutes prior to their service time, or Aria Spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
  • Customers have the right to stop their spa treatment within the first 10 minutes of the service. However, if dissatisfaction occurs after completing the service, no refunds will be issued.
  • Guests who arrive late will be charged the full amount for their scheduled service but will receive an abbreviated, prorated service. Depending on availability, late arrivals may have the option to reschedule their service(s) to a later time.
